Easy to Implement
The VHS platform has been designed to be easy for your village to access and immediately begin taking advantage of our services. Once we have collected a basic eligibility file, we are ready to take phone calls and orders from your members. Our goal is to deliver value by saving you time and money — not create new headaches.
Member Education Support
We have developed a complete “turn-key” educational program supported by print and electronic tools to facilitate administrator and member awareness. Upon formal engagement with Village Healthcare Services your members will receive a welcome packet with educational materials summarizing the services, detailing how to use the services, and explaining who to contact for member support. Members will also receive a login and password to the VHS member website.
