ProBen Services Overview…
Professional Benefits Solutions, Inc. (ProBen) was incorporated in the state of
Maryland in 1998 and has experienced tremendous client growth since its formation.
Our five principals have in excess of 100 years of benefits industry experience.
ProBen currently has 27 employees all located in our headquarters in Laurel, MD.
According to the rankings of the Washington Business Journal, ProBen is the 5th
largest employee benefits firm in Washington as measured by employee benefits
insurance premiums under management.

In early 2004, ProBen became a wholly owned subsidiary of National Financial
Partners (NFP). Although still fiercely independent, as an NFP affiliate, ProBen is in
partnership with more than 185 corporate benefits firms which forms a powerful
national network of independent practices. Our collaborative energies combine to
create innovative benefits solutions applicable to the entire corporate benefits
landscape. With more than 45,000 business clients and offices in 46 states, ProBen’s
partnership touches virtually every industry. Our clients vary in size from less than 10
to over 50,000 employees, representing a broad range of businesses from closely-held
private companies to large publicly owned corporations. We leverage our national

independent–agent firms. Founded in 1998, NFP is a leading independent distributor
of financial services products to high net worth individuals and growing
entrepreneurial companies. NFP is headquartered in New York and operates a
national distribution network with over 3,500 professionals.

We offer our clients a full range of outsourcing administration and services through
our wholly owned subsidiary Professional Outsourcing Solutions, Inc. (ProSource).
ProSource works intimately with your dedicated ProBen account management team
to ensure seamless service for COBRA, Section 125, Section 132, Retiree Billing and
Healthcare Reimbursement Accounts (HRA) administration.
